When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped out twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Domestic orders: if your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. Orders consisting of only stickers are not tracked as they are light enough to send with postage stamps, however, an email notifying the customer of sticker order postal drop-off will be sent to inform that the order has been fulfilled and shipping has begun.  

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Standard International Shipping: Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting me and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Chickadeez Art is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
